Responsible Gambling

Lunar Spins promotes safe, controlled play. Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to earn money or escape problems. If gambling stops being fun, take a break.

Stay In Control

• Set a deposit limit before you play and stick to it.
• Treat gambling as paid entertainment, never as income.
• Never chase losses. The next spin is independent of the last.
• Don't gamble under the influence of alcohol or while upset.
• Take regular breaks. Use session-time reminders if your operator offers them.

Self-Exclusion

If you need to stop, every licensed operator must offer self-exclusion, a tool that blocks your account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 6 months, or permanent). Use it without hesitation. National self-exclusion registers also exist in many jurisdictions (e.g. Gamstop in the UK, Spelpaus in Sweden, CRUKS in the Netherlands, OASIS in Germany).

Support & Resources

If gambling has become a problem, free confidential help is available through services such as BeGambleAware and GamCare. Reach out — they are independent, free, and trained to help. You can also speak to a trusted friend, family member, or GP.

• BeGambleAware: UK helpline and live chat
• GamCare: UK support and groups
• Gamblers Anonymous: international fellowship
• CRUKS: Dutch national self-exclusion register
